City of Berkeley Sites

  • Oxford Strip
  • Library West Garden
  • Ashby BART Volunteers will assist site with document organization and help create a presentation for the site.
  • Paint Projects: Throughout Berkeley Volunteers will be assigned small paint projects throughout the City of Berkeley.
  • Oregon Park Senior Complex/Recreation Room Volunteers will assist with general site maintenance, organization and painting.

  • Blake Neighborhood Association Volunteers will build planters and make traffic signs at this site.

  • Live Oak Park Mural
  • Frances Albrier Community Center

  • South Berkeley YMCA/African Plaza-Adeline Volunteers will assist with site clean-up and beautification.

  • Berkeley-Albany YMCA Volunteers will assist with planter strip maintenance and painting at this site.
  • James Kenny Volunteers will help paint and landscape the site.
  • Willard Pool Volunteers will landscape the site.
  • King Pool Volunteers will help with landscaping and poison ivy removal as well as general maintenance and clean-up.
  • West Campus Pool Volunteers will assist with landscaping, poison ivy removal, painting and clean-up.

Friends of Five Creeks Sites

  • EGRET/Aquatic Park Volunteers will assist the Aquatic Park with landscape maintenance through weeding and bark replacement.
  • Westbrae Community Garden Volunteers will assist the community garden with gardening, pruning, weeding and poison ivy removal.
  • Berkeley Path Wanderers Volunteers will assist the construction of the new La Loma walking path within the North Berkeley Hills.
  • Schoolhouse Creek Commons Volunteers will be assist with site maintenance, installation of decomposed granite to cover select surfaces, and gardening.
  • Codornices Creek - Group 1 Volunteers will assist with ivy removal and prepare the site for planting. After noon, this group will also assist in the maintenance of the Rose Garden.
  • Codornices Creek - Group 2 Volunteers will assist with gardening, weeding and pruning of the site.
  • Tilden Park Volunteers will help remove poison ivy and garden the site.
